Aged for a minimum of 8 years, as opposed to the standard version 6 years. Black Edition is bottled with 80 proof, or 40% ABV.
This particular bottle (no. 166) filled on September 9, 2021, from barrel no. 74, stored in warehouse H on rick no. 41. Letter A on the cork.
Recent times have shown that bottles from Buffalo Trace, and in particular Blanton's Bourbon, are a very good investment commodity.
