Porsche ARTICLE in original box ! This rare item scale reproduction was delivered by Porsche to the first customers ordering the 991 Turbo. This model is made of good grade plastic materials and is scaled at 1:4 scale. It's protected with a nice acrylic cover. It's also detailed with a nice aluminum style plate saying: "911 turbo / Variable Turbinegeometry (VTG)".Some stainy figures on the aluminium title plate but it's less noticeable in reality then on the pictures.. Here we have the english sentence of VTG (there was also a german version). If you want to show your model with this plate visible (see pictures 6 and 7), you will have to remove the "Porsche" graved cardboard base (who is held with 2 screws but unfortunately also lightly glued to the hard base of te model and due to remaining glue traces, you will need (it's preferable) to add a rectangular finition velvet of your choice under the base if you want to show it off without the cardboard base (this annoying glueing is a normal feature of this new product). The purpose of this 911 Turbo VTG variable turbine geometry model is to show the cutted parts and how it works and therefore It has two knobs that can be manipulated to check the movement of the turbines (but those knobs are more there for the principle..) Don’t miss this article that will find a nice place on any desk or vitrine. The model including the plexiglass measures 15x12x13cm. The outer box measurements are 29x22x16cm. Foam protection can vary from the pictures. TAKE INTO ACCOUNT : product is new but the majority of the units showed marks on the acrylic case, probably to due to the tight surrounding cardboard and micro-movements during transports of the parts since its production time and also there where the case is inserted in the base.
