A rare table linen ,not only because of its flora,
but more importantly of its dimensions.
With its dimensions of 2m85 X 2m30 it is versatile
and can be either used on a rectangular table of it least 2m50 long
or a square table.
The flora also is so different from the usual damask design and
I strongly believe this table linen was especially woven to fit a certain size table.
The flora consist of bouquets with field flowers such as lavender ,blue corn flowers ,yellow butter cups,
leaf compositions and also scatterings of single flower
The sides have repeat design of the top.
The table linen is framed with scatterings of beach leaves.
A handsome piece of table linen.
PLEASE NOTE;
the end of the table linen has two tiny holes and two tiny brown spots.
It will most probably be covered with faience ware.
