This special 9 year old version has spent all of its time in Olosoro sherry casks. This gives this single malt a nice, spicy taste, but it is also powerful thanks to its youthful character. Aroma: Fine sherry aromas, sultanas and spicy oak. Taste: Fruity and full-bodied on the tongue. A sweetness of dates and raisins. Behind it are nuances of black pepper and fine oak spice.
