A beautiful and authentic Tuareg tribal cuff bracelet. The Tuareg originate from Mali, Algeria, and Libya but after travelling the Sahara Desert, a small group settled in the southern Moroccan Zogora province where this piece was made. It is of polished brown/black Zebu horn with hand-worked and engraved with Maria Theresia Taler silver 833 fineness panels and fine silver inlay.
No hallmarks, but silver has been tested to or MTT silver, 833 fineness.
