A very interesting and unusual, french, cast iron, old duck press (presse canard), to create “Canard a la Presse” or “pressed duck”. Made by Camion Frères à Rouen , in the first half of the 19th Century. With maker marks C.F. and anchor.
Old duck press are very appreciated for the collectors of kitchen artefacts, very interesting , and, very difficult to find
Overall good condition and working well. Need an intensive clean , and, probably , and intensive lubrication , after many decades stored.
