The quality standard of Jermann wines is undoubtedly high and indisputable and the wines produced are characterized by their clear traceability to the grape variety they belong to and their ease of drinking. The vineyards are located in the heart of the Isonzo area and enjoy the beneficial changes in temperature due, on the one hand, to the sea breezes coming from the Adriatic and, on the other, to the cold winds coming down from the Alps. Silvio Jermann is as skilled as few others in capturing the aromas of the grapes in the bottles and this Pinot Blanc, with its perfect taste-olfactory balance, is the right representative. Straw yellow with greenish nuances, it has fresh and elegant aromas of hawthorn, pear and banana. Intense and soft on the palate, perfectly balanced and corresponding, it has a fruity finish. With spaghetti with cockles or with artichoke risotto, with sea bass in salt or with lemon chicken piccatine.
