Cantillon Sophia Lambic is a lambic macerated with the pommace of Greco di Tufo grapes that had previously been aged in amphorae coming from Cantina Giardino in Italy.
Cantina Giardino "Sophia" Wine is vinified in small amphorae of about 200 liters, made from clay from the vineyard! After closing, the wine then remains in this small 'Orci' for months. Truly all the strength, flavor and energy that these grapes contain ends up in the wine. Rich wine with complex aromas. Floral, citrus, 'Fiano rich' in the mouth but fresh and stimulating, a nice tannin supports the savory character of this wine.
Bottles will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and shipped with T&T code.
