White wine matured in oak, mostly from our Verdejo grape vineyards in the Fuente de las Hontanillas plot (Quintanilla de Arriba – Valladolid) at more than 850 meters of altitude. Other varieties: godello and albillo also present, but in a lower percentage.
It is a very fresh wine with ample volume in the mouth given by its stay in 500-liter bocois. The nose is characterized by its fruity aromas of red apple with a touch of citrus notes.
