The Champagne 'L'Instant de Passion' by Waris-Larmandier is a rosé from the '80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from the grapes of the clay-calcarean soils of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. 2014 vins de rèserve 2013-2012. The bright salmon-pink, the nose is fruity with mentholate notes, while the palate is sage, almost saline, and mineral. Intense and elegant, the Champagne 'L'Instant de Passion' tells a lot about the terroir of the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay reaches its maximum expression thanks to the chalky character of the soil. Dosage 5 g/l is Extra Brut.
