It’s a great experience to find out the best expression of Sangiovese and also the differences in the terroir or styles from the different wineries. It’s also noce to mention that Chianti improves a lor with time, and the bottles are now in the perfect drinking window, even dough they can still age for years. Perfect conditions, check the pictures, always kept at 15-17 degrees in a natural dark and fresh basement.
