Tasted at the Domaine. This is a wonderful Lavaux from Arnauld Mortet. It has a very expressive bouquet not a million miles away from the Premier Cru (that sweet shop once more!) The palate has very fine, succulent tannins, symmetrical and firm, very pure on the finish with bright, slightly tart red-berried fruits with a hint of white pepper. This Lavaux is well-crafted with great precision. Superb.
The bottle has been stored in a wine cellar
