It is the outcome of a blend of highly rare Cognacs, with a precious portion originating from the family vineyards in the Borderies region. This initial union, already extraordinary, is elevated by the addition of a tiny fraction (less than 1%) of a Cognac from the Borderies, distilled over a century ago and patiently aged in oak barrels. The fusion of these two exceptional Cognacs goes beyond their individual qualities, giving birth to the Royal Banquet, a blend of unmatched finesse, more luxurious than any other Cognac of its kind. Its color is a brilliant mahogany with golden reflections. On the nose, you discover complex floral notes and vanilla that evolve into roasted nuts and plum. The finish is spicy.
