These do not have a clear date of manufacture. However, there is information that can be used to read the age. It can be seen that the Japanese reading of "郵便はがき," meaning a postcard, is right-to-left. This is the way the Japanese language was read before 1945, unlike modern Japan. Thus, we can see that these postcards are pre-1945. This album was acquired from a Japanese collector. The collection contains many attractive postcards. They include the famous view of "Amanohashidate 天橋立" and the women who fish in the sea, called "Ama 海女" Then there are postcards from China and Palau, and brightly colored American postcards. Some of the foreign postcards are addressed to this collector. It is old and there are a few postcard stains and tears in the album, but please understand the situation.
