More than 10 years ago, the first Zenny y Frontera was concelved. The cellar master from Bodegas Tradicion selected twelve casks on which we further matured old lambik. Since 2020, we go and select our own casks directly with different bodegas, allowing us selecting from a wider array of barrel sizes and ages, sherry types, aromas and flavours.
