The long refinement allows us to see the dense and complex texture of the best pure Pinot, developing delicate colors and fine bubbles, white but persistent aromas. In the mouth we find a good flavor and the dry taste typical of Pas Dosè, a fresh, defined and persistent flavor reminiscent of Langa hazelnuts and candied white fruits, always maintaining a good balance with light acid tones.
