2009 Bodega Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri, Remelluri - 拉里奧哈 Reserva - 1 麥肯齊瓶(5.0公升)

The winery- Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri is located in one of the oldest wine-growing areas in Spain, whose lands also house several archaeological, medieval and even Roman enclaves. Since Telmo Rodríguez's return to the family winery, the winery has resumed the biodynamic practices of centuries ago, both in the cultivation systems and in the production of wines, always with the search for the purest expression of the land as its objective. Remelluri Reserva is a red wine made with a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano, Viura and Malvasia. The grapes come from important vineyards on the property located on poor limestone terrace soils, clay-calcareous in nature, with a bedrock that emerges in areas. These terraces are made up mostly of sandstones and marls whose origin is in the Quaternary era. Traditional, ecological viticulture is applied to the different varieties, with biodynamic treatments. The harvest begins at the beginning of October and ends at the end of October/beginning of November. Grape selection in the field and table. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts.
