The “Unisson” Bonville shows a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is very fragrant, characterized by a strong aromatic richness that recalls hints of ripe yellow fruit, dried fruit, including walnut, dried flowers, notes of vanilla, brioche, lemon cake and honey. In the mouth it is complex, full and generous, while remaining very fresh and mineral. The finish is persistent with a pleasant reference to notes of dried fruit and vanilla. In short, we are certainly talking about a great Champagne, the result of blending the latest best vintages and the best plots.
