It’s a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs champagne which is only sourced from this plot's vine. This cuvée is dosed as an Extra-Brut (4-5 gr/l) in order to rebalance the agressiveness and the bubble’s vigor, without hiding neither fattening the wine’s density. This marvelous champagne was raised in casks. It can be enjoyed for the aperitif as well as during the meal.
