Didn't receive the Certificate for the rug. Transport fee extremely big. From Italy to Italy 39 euros for a small rug. Please send the promised Certificate issued by a specialized evaluator. Thank you

I like the carpet it’s beautiful. Shippypro- the chosen delivery service is a a-bit wired, it said the item was lost or destroyed but arrived the next day.

Peut-être que vous n'avez pas compris ce que vous avez acheté, c'est un Vecchio Torba qui n'est jamais fait avec des franges sur deux côtés, cependant c'est un quart du sac qui vient comme vous l'avez reçu, sans laisser d'avis négatif vous auriez pu me demander une explication du tissu car je suis un expert en textile et je l'ai expliqué très clairement
The color of the carpet is warm golden yellow in the photo. When the carpet arrived the color turned out to be beige instead. Contact with seller: he responded with “have a nice weekend, dear Linda!”
