As we explained in our previous communications, the number 1 of 1000 refers to the collection series, not the specific item number. The actual edition number of the pen, which is 58, was clearly shown in the photograph on the product listing. Despite this clarification, we offered you a full refund and arranged for a carrier to collect the pen at no cost to you. We believe this was a fair and reasonable solution to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, you never get back to us. As a reputable brand, Montegrappa takes pride in our integrity and transparency. We do not engage in misleading practices to sell our products.
