We admire the shine of the slightly golden color; we appreciate the intense and elegant aromas for a long time: hawthorn, apricot, evolving towards notes of blond tobacco then, with aging, nuances of grilled dried fruits and rare spices. The texture is silky, a subtle hint of tannin gives presence to the whole. The aromatic persistence is remarkable. A great white Burgundy.
