In 1908,"Ceranord" sees the light, with the swan as emblem. This factory, which manufactures for brands "Lustroceram" and "Orceram", benefited from 1910 by collaborating with an earthenware tile factory in Saint-Amand. These companies were the only ones which continued their production during the First World War.
After restoring the damage caused by the First World War, the company took control of clay mining for the manufacture of their own products in Provins, and hired a small company in Orchies (see Orchies). This company developed, and in 1923 merged with the parent company. The company’s name changed, first it was "Faïence et Porcelaines de St-Amand-Orchies-Hamage" and then in 1928 it changed to "Manufacture du Moulin des Loups-Hamage".
