Description and photos did not detail major damage. The ad said see photos for condition but no photos of damage area. Negligent packaging. Brown paper wrapping around an antique scroll. Shocking! 😯

This was a 20th century scroll from a long-held family collection, and while I aimed to present it accurately, I accept that the condition could have been described in more detail. I will ensure clearer condition reporting and improved packaging going forward.
