Bell'acquarello secondo descrizione. Arrivato nei tempi concordati ma Imballato male con solo cartone. Il vetro si è frantumato durante la spedizione e solo per un caso non ha strappato la carta.

Mi spiace per l'inconveniente. L'imballo in cartone era stato cercato e comprato apposta per le spedizioni dei quadri di dimensione corrispondente a quella del quadro. Anche il vettore scelto DHL era stato preferito a Poste Italiane perché si era sempre mostrato preciso, come il trasporto su strada anziché via aerea. Se vuole posso aprire una contestazione a DHL.

The pen box was dirty, the pen itself wasn't properly cleaned, not to mention that it doesn't write. To eliminate these errors, I have already cleaned the pen, and ordered refills to make it write.

It's difficult to understand why a buyer who has bought this pen a half of its value thanks to the lack of a reserve price encouraged by Catawiki and who has paid with a delay of more than 30 days could say he is not satisfied with what he has bought. I would have been glad him to give up his order and give me back my pen which has a much higher value of what he has paid. In case I would like to give him back his money and to get back my object. After having left my review the buyer restated his comments saying the pen box was dirty and wasn't properly writing. The photos uploaded demonstrate the opposite. I strongly recommend the buyer to give me back the pen to be refunded of the amount paid.
