It derives its nobility from an aging of over 12 years which gives it a silky and tasty balance.
The bubbles are very fine. The nose reveals aromas of cherry and gingerbread mixed with notes of liquorice. On the palate, the attack is fruity and precise, and gradually gives way to a sunny and silky structure. It is a champagne of great aromatic finesse, which combines the iodized character of Chardonnay and the fullness of the fruit of Pinot Noir.
