The rug I bought didn't arrive, I didn't get any message where to pick it up. I could follow that it went back to the Fine Art in Hamburg. Fine Art is going to resend the carpet with another company.

45 euros for regular shipment inside Germany is preposterous. And in the end I got a torn cardboard box with no note or receipt, nothing to authenticate the rug. unprofessional!
