This is a steel version of the watch that was once worn by Charles Lindbergh during his historic– flight from New York to Paris in 1927. Features the rare cal. Longines 989.2 with a double mainspring barrel (so not the later developed ETA movement) and is therefore highly collectible, 25 jewels. Not polished, very minor signs of wear. The case back can be opened with a press button next to the crown, through which the movement and the special inscription are visible.
