The German Tutima Urofa produced a chronograph for the Luftwaffe. After the war, the factory located in Glashütte was in the Soviet controlled area and the new First Moscow Watch Factory (the old name of Poljot) started to produce a near exact copy of those chronographs with the logo 1МЧЗ Kirova. In the 1990’s, Poljot began to produce a beautiful chronograph with 3133 movement that looked like the Tutima Urofa, but with the “Buran” brand and with Soviet bomber forces logo. This is the watch that I present you. Movement: Poljot 3133, The soviet 3133 caliber has more accuracy in keeping time because of the lever movement increased to operate at 21600 vs 18000 bph and the higher number of jewels 23 vs 17. Dimensions: approx. 38mm without crown. Glass: mineral glass in perfect condition. Dial: perfect. Hands: perfect. Strap: leather and tissue, 25cm lenght watch included.
