Very rare Instrumenta cutlery set, produced by Zani & Zani Italia and designed by Lino Sabattini in 1978. Cutlery with bold curved design in Zani 18-10" Stainless Steel, Italy. Equipped with longitudinally ridged handles on the lower parts and a knife with an arc-shaped handle which ends with the tip of the blade. Instrumenta is among the permanent collections of the RISD Museum (photos) and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Rif.: Cutlery Design 1948-2000: The Bauer Design Collection, Arnoldsche The unique feature is the curved and folded shape of the handles.
