Completely new (!) set of Philips MCD909 3-way Hi-Fi speakers with Neodymium ribbon tweeters, only taken out of the packaging to test it and for taking pictures of this lot (The Hi-Fi set these speakers were included with was used with other speakers at the time and these speakers were not used and kept in the original packaging). Unique, perhaps one-off, opportunity to obtain a very beautiful looking and sounding set of speakers! The MCD909 3-way speaker consists of a 1-inch single pole Neodymium tweeter, a 5.25 inch woofer and a midrange dome and can handle up to 150 watts of music power. Because of the special 180-degree pattern ribbon tweeter technology, the treble is dynamic and sharp. The midrange is bright and balanced, the bass is full, tight and very powerful. In short, a phenomenally sounding speaker for this compact size! The real wooden speaker cabinets of this special set consist of chic and timeless high gloss black piano lacquer, the top side is beautifully finished with real smoked glass. The front covers are easily detachable, the connections are gilded. The dimensions are 205 x 330 x 240 mm at a weight of 7 kg (per speaker).
