Buginese Kris with pamor (name) Raja Abala Raja (a king with a king’s army). This beautiful Kris comes from Celebes (nowadays Sulawesi), Indonesia. Celebes is the origin of the Bugis Tribe. The Kris has a clear pamor (damask-like pattern). This is caused by the technique of forging various types of iron in layers by the Empu (traditional Kris blacksmith). This Kris has a very clear pamor with the name Raja Abala Raja (a king with a king’s army). This rare and beautiful pamor is known for its magical properties, it is believed that this pamor increases the influence and authority of the possessor. This pamor also brings luck and protects the owner from imminent danger. The Kris is from the early 19th century The Keris is in a beautiful wooden sheath that only occurs with Buginese Kris, a typical Buginese wooden grip (styled bird) with a beautiful Selut (ring / spherical ornament). The handle has some superficial hairline cracks, but is still very sturdy. The length of the blade is 31 cm and the entire Kris has a length of 41 cm.
