DETAILS: Beautiful and working fine vintage Tissot Swiss chrome plated classic Big size wristwatch from my personal collection. From 1943 production. Movement caliber Tissot 27B (marked 27 under balance wheel), manual winding, 15 Jewels. Serial number (engraved on machine): 1405906. Case reference/number (engraved inside back cover): 1452724. Case is original and has been restored / re-chromed - chrome plated over a brass/alloy metal base with SS back cover. Stainless steel brushed case back cover, snap-on with brand engravings and logo/seal inside. Pearl/silver two-tone dial, silver hands and black indexes and roman numerals - RESTORED to the exact original specification. Diameter size 37,7mm (without crown). Lugs inner width 19mm. New band black, croco grain with chrome plated buckle. Band is 20mm wide at lugs and 18mm at buckle side. Band is 124mm length holes side and 74mm buckle side. Easily adjustable to fit every man's wrist size. Probably replacement aftermarket crown, chrome plated. New low domed acrylic crystal. Swiss Made. NOT water resistant !!! No case supplied, sorry. All original and authentic (except band/buckle and crown). Please consider the pictures as part of the description as they show the exact item that will be purchased. CONDITION: MOVEMENT - Running fine and marked Tissot Swiss, caliber 27B, 15 jewels (see picture), manual wind mechanical. Machine is very clean, has no oxidation and no flaws. The ticking and balance movement seems very strong and the accuracy is excellent for a piece of this vintage. Seems oiled and never to have been disassembled - has no tools marks on it. I've checked the accuracy of the watch and the difference in 24 hours is excellent, I would say about 15-20 seconds and seems consistent (laying flat and facing up - 1 position), and of course can easily be adjusted. Sure this is good enough for such a vintage watch. DIAL - restored in perfect mint condition - very nice finish background with black scales and engravings. Has no scratches, no cracks, no deformations, no pitting, no flaws at all. No fading to the letters, scales and markings (see pictures). HANDS - All hands are straight and original and have no flaws, no bends, no scratches and no deformations. No significant oxidations, except small second hand. CASE - lugs ends show some wear from intensive use throughout the years, but has been rechromed with no wear now and no flaws. Case has no deformations, all the edges are nice and fairly crisp, No damaged corners. WINDING CROWN - Excellent and not original - aftermarket replacing. No dents, scratches or scuffs. No brassing, edges very crisp. Setting the hour perfectly. BACK COVER - Stainless steel marked with normal Tissot marks and Logo (see pic). Cover has no deformation, no noticeable scratches besides few normal microscopic and very light ones. No dents, nicks, dings or scuffs. No oxidations. Snaps easily and locks firmly closed. CRYSTAL - new, generic acrylic, polished - no obvious scratches or cracks, probably similar to the original one. BAND & BUCKLE - new unused band. Buckle is used and ok. All perfectly clean !
