Yet this reserve manages even to exceed expectations: very fine perlage, a multifaceted aroma, acidity and freshness that continue to call out to be tasted and enjoyed again and again! From 2011 we move on to 2013, since the 2012 vintage did not meet the expectations of oenologist Mattia Vezzola: the predominance of Chardonnay over Pinot Noir certainly contributes to the elegance and versatility of this wine, which already seduces during a visual examination, with rich, creamy and endless perlage. After being enchanted by observing it, we finally bring it to the nose: it is a celebration of fruit, in particular yellow peach, the fruit of passion, and honey and confectionery … in short, an elegant invitation to taste. Here it outdoes itself: in equilibrium with the scent we are enveloped by the energy of this wine, whose acidity caresses the taste buds in a way we wish would never end.
