A quite decent copy of this classic version of Dickens. Brock's illustrations are a popular version. There is a remnant of a dust wrapper, with most of the front cover, and a bit of the blurb. For some reason (perhaps because the boards are so attractive.) there are no copies currently available with one. Cream boards with angel and flower design - gilt titles. The titles are quite rubbed, and the pattern rather faded, but still and attractive art nouveau design. Binding is a touch loose, but still holding. The rest of the book is clean and tidy, with Brock's attractive illustrations (8 coloured and a few black and white). X, 158m ii, pages.
