BIANKO Macondo winery a new wine with an extraordinary character, with a long and growing future. Vinification and rest: fermentation in barrique for 40 days and maturation for 18 months. Organoleptic test: Golden color An olfactory panorama of large proportions that is revealed against the graceful background of oriental spices, with the fruity sensations of cedar, plum and medlar, hints of fresh almond, flowering broom, medicinal herbs and intense salty vibrations. On the palate the muscular and enveloping body is made agile and dynamic by the energetic fresh-savory progression. The final persistence is infinite, rich in fruity and finely spiced echoes. Pairing: cod, Valencian paella, chicken and prawn curry with basmati rice.
