Extremely rare specimen. This specimen is from the Famous Jegdalek mine in Afghanistan which is prized for its mysterious high quality rubies. But it’s extremly rare, quite possibly one of the only blue spinel specimens known from this mine. This specimen has beautiful appearance, and highly decorative, deep blue. The host rock is made of marble like material, also has a sprinkle of gorgeous golden brown phlogopite mica . Fully natural no glue no dye, 100% natural and uncleaned. Beautiful terminated crystal points. Beautiful for any collector or investor, gemstone lover. In the future the mines will run out and even this type of quality today is hard to find.
