Cake and brown teapot on the table laid for tea. Gold titles on spine, plain blue on the back. Cover is in pretty good shape considering it’s age. Frayed at top and bottom of spine Pastedown perfect, gilt titles shiny and bright. Two owner’s inscriptions, earlier one scribbled out but dated Xmas 1916 Poem after the title page Contents includes Alice’s Evidence 48 plates, overall very good, clean, colours vibrant 340 pp. large book, pages are generally clean, very minor marks 1 plate with tiny repaired nick Note: 1 loose plate (pp. 327). Spine has started a small crack at this point, towards the back of the book, a couple of pages with selotape stains at join.
