Vintage from 1970 year USSR Lomonosov LFZ Porcelain ”Cobalt Net” saucers, 9 pcs. Hand Painted. 22 K - Kaffee- und Teeservice (9) - Porzellan, Vergoldet

Vintage from 1970 year USSR Lomonosov LFZ Porcelain ”Cobalt Net” saucers, 9 pcs. Hand Painted. 22 K gold accents. Condition: Excellent, barely used with minimal signs of wear Material: Bright white porcelain Saucer : 11,5 cm diameter This vintage set of "Cobalt Net" saucers is made of porcelain and was produced at the Leningrad Porcelain Factory (LFZ) in the USSR during the 1970s. The set includes 9 saucers from my personal collection, each bearing a red LFZ Made in USSR stamp, which was used between the 1970s and 1990s. The saucers are crafted from high-quality porcelain and feature a cobalt grid pattern with accents of 22-karat gold. Each saucer is unique and attractive, making this set a great addition for collectors of tableware or vintage items. It can also be used for table service or as a decorative element in interiors. The beautiful geometric pattern of the "Cobalt Net" has long been the hallmark of the Imperial Porcelain Factory (St. Petersburg). It is recognized both domestically and abroad as a symbol of Russian porcelain. This blue grid was created by Anna Adamovna Yatskevich (1904-1952) in 1944. The tableware with this pattern first appeared in 1944, but it was not blue, it was gold. However, Yatskevich did not like how the gold grid looked on the finished products, so she changed the color on subsequent models from gold to a rich blue, cobalt. Thus, this pattern first emerged. The service, precisely in this color scheme, was awarded a gold medal at the World Exhibition in Brussels in 1958. Since then, the pattern has been known as the "Cobalt Net."
