The mask's features include shallow dimple-like wrinkles and a mouth similar to that of an “Uba”, a classic Noh character depicting an old woman, which together convey a deep maternal love and lament. On the interior, the mask boasts a hand-painted signature, attesting to its authenticity and craftsmanship. Despite its age, the mask shows signs of wear, minor damages, and a repair on the upper part, alongside a patina that adds to its historical character.
