In 1975, this small company went bankrupt and was then taken over in 1997 by Béguelin Philippe. She also collaborated in the creation of the smallest auto chronograph (26 mins) produced in 1973 with Dubois-Depraz, Brac and Kelek. The Tenor Dorly has a jumping hour diameter 39, caliber 1393 stamped TD. Aperture reading watch known as jump watch, Screwed glass backed steel case with visible movement. Blue screw bezel used to read seconds. Hour reading in the 1st cylinder window, minutes in the 2nd cylinder window, large seconds hand and date at 6 o'clock.
