Internally; the book is in very good condition. The first blank free endpaper page is missing, and the first title page showing initial name and date in pencil. Inner hinges are very good and page are tightly held at gutters. Pages are clean, with light foxing marks to few pages. All plates are present and in nice condition (Please see pictures). “The Voyage of the Beagle is a title commonly given to the book written by Charles Darwin and published in 1839 as his Journal and Remarks, bringing him considerable fame and respect. The title refers to the second survey expedition of the ship HMS Beagle.
