Vintage 1950's Retro Fifties - Ring 18 kt. Rötliches/gelbliches Gold - 0.30 tw. Diamant - Rubin

Type of jewel: Vintage 1950s: Elegant Retro Ring with Diamonds and Rubies Condition: In reasonably good condition, especially given the age of the jewel. Style: Vintage 1950's Retro Fifties Style characteristics: Because of the typical forms, retro rings are also suitable for men, for example as a pinky ring. Era: ca. 1950 Material: 18K reddish/yellowish gold (touchstone tested) - It's difficult to pinpoint the exact hue of this gold; it falls somewhere between red and yellow. Diamond(s): Ten single cut diamonds, tested and guaranteed natural diamonds (also called English-cut, 8-cut or 8/8, a sort of simplified brilliant cut) with an estimated weight of ± 0.30ct. (colour and clarity: H/J, si/i). All diamond weights, color grades and clarity are approximate since the stones were not removed from their mounts to preserve the integrity of the setting. All diamonds in our vintage and antique jewellery are verified by the IJGC-lab to confirm whether they are natural or lab-grown. We do not offer any pieces with lab-grown diamonds. Thus, we assure that all diamonds in this jewel are 100% natural. Precious stone(s): Four rubies (lab produced, also called Verneuil ruby). The fact that these are lab produced stones has no negative influence on the value of this jewel. Both natural and lab produced stones were used in this era, rather for their effect than for their intrensic value. One corner of a stone is chipped - barely noticeable. Birth and month stones: Diamond is the birthstone (or month stone) for April and ruby for July. Hallmarks: "750" indicating 18K gold Dimensions: top of ring 1,20 cm (0,47 inch) x 2,10 cm (0,83 inch) - See picture with a ruler in cm and inches Weight: 9,20 gram (5,92 dwt) Ring size: EU-56 & 17¾, USA-7½, UK-O½ Adin reference Nº: 24003-0148 - Accompanied by a professional report of authenticity for your peace of mind. - Shipped insured and registered for your security, though you're most welcome to collect in person. - For shipments outside the EU, import duties and other charges may apply. We advise checking this in advance. - We invite you to browse through our customer feedback to discover the level of satisfaction we consistently provide. - See more of our products, visit: https://auction.catawiki.com/lotsfrom/Adin - It is common for antique & vintage jewellery to be thoughtfully refurbished, remodelled, or repaired to extend its life of wearability.
