UK First Edition published by Book Club Associates by arrangement with George Allen and Unwin 1977 with NO later printings listed, and complete with Map at rear in Very Good order. Small tear where map is attached to page but not affecting map itself. A Very Good example with no inscriptions, no tape marks and no spine lean. The Dust Jacket is in very nice order with the Original price of £4.95 showing on front flap in unclipped jacket. Marginal edge wear on spine and fading but overall presents well with vibrant blue colour. Book has sound binding. Very clean pages. Boards have no bumps just small ripple at bottom of front board and no marks. REMARKABLY clear of any browning. Printed by William Clowes and Sons. 2. Farmer Giles of Ham J.R.R. Tolkien illustrated by Pauline Diana Baynes Hardback in clipped DustJacket 1st Edition 5th Impression Published by George Allen and Unwin UK 1966. Complete in plastic protective cover in REMARKABLY Good condition for its age. Small closed tear near spine on Dust Jacket hardly visible mild browning on spine and small mark on front of jacket. Book in EXCELLENT condition with no inscriptions no tape marks and no tears. Very minor wear with beautiful illustrations this represents an Excellent example. 3. J. R. R. Tolkien ( translated) Sir Gawain & the Green Knight Pearl and Sir Orfeo. 1st Paperback Edition 1979 Published by George Allen and Unwin UK. A nice example.
