After the successes with the 956 model, the first Group C, Porsche presented in 1985 an evolution, called the 962C. The 962C complied with the new safety regulations and was visually almost identical to the 956. Both with the factory team and with the numerous private stables, the 962C had a very long career, which went up to the early nineties. The 962C won the 24 Hours of Le Mans with the factory team in 1986 and 1987. This model is part of the special Jochaim Stuck collection of Minichamps and a fine replica of the car that won the supercup Nurburgring 1987. The model was never exposed and comes in a special box with booklet. In most shops the model is sold out and rare to find. Excellent item for the Porsche collector.
