Magnificent vintage and rare sculpture featuring a Pierrot made by Royal Dux Bohemia, prestigious Czech porcelain factory from 1860. This is marvelous representation of “Pierrot”, in excellent condition. This kind of comedy used to be performed in 19th-century European parks and incorporates all the standard farcical elements of a classic Harlequinade. Marvelous pure Art Deco, this is an eye catching large statue, model issued in 1930s years, in Bohemia region, former Czechoslovakia country, marked accordingly on the back of the base.
