It opens with a wonderful lemony and mineral freshness and an explosion of citrus and exotic fruit aromas. The complex ensemble is lifted by a hint of wild peach, raspberry and mimosa. The wine is silky smooth, delicious and spicy on entry into the mouth, after which it becomes fuller, thicker and rounder with notes of mango and passion fruit.
