This powerful Technics SU-7600 is in excellent technical condition and a pleasure to see. It was serviced in April 2024. The unit connects a turntable (phono), tuner, CD-player (aux) and also has two tape inputs through which, for example, an equalizer can be connected. It delivers more than 41 watts per channel (8 ohm) RMS and 60W (@ 4 Ohms) and can connect two sets of speakers (main and remote) that can be uses simultaneously or separately. The black wooden casing is in exceptional shape. The silver front plate is clean, shiny and all letters and numbers around all of the knobs are fully visible and without any fading. There is a tiny dent in the edge of the wooden casing at the back, as can be seen on photo 3. A few marks/lines can be seen on the silver front plate on photos 4 and 8, mostly in the top-left part around the speaker-knob, and around some of the edges. During servicing all contacts, pots and potmeters were cleaned and a modern powerplug was installed. All knobs run very smoothly. The amplifier will be shipped in a strong box and very carefully packaged and wrapped in multiple layers of bubble foam and secured by airbags and other protective materials.
