I Sodi di San Niccolò, Poggio ai Merli, Coniale; the best of Castellare's production combined in a blend for the third time in the company's history, to celebrate Castellare's 36 harvests. A wine of great structure which, however, does not lose the elegance and refinement of the best Sangioveto which has always been selected for I Sodi di San Niccolò. Tasting notes: Intense ruby ​​red colour; on the nose the red fruits blend with the black ones and the vanilla together with notes of coffee and chocolate act as binders of an intense and deep olfactory sensation. The great structure is immediately perceptible in the mouth, but the delicacy of a very refined tannin makes it velvety and harmonious. Obviously a wine with an extremely long finish that suggests the very long life it has ahead of it.
