Apple Newton MessagePad 130 QWERTZ (1996) - Computer - Mit Ersatzverpackung

>> FORWORD
Please don't make any assumptions, but READ the (full) accompanying text – and look at (all) the photos "very carefully" to avoid disappointments. Being an Apple enthusiast, I have collected RARE and VALUABLE hardware and software for my co-sentimental Apple companions. The lucky Macintosh Apple enthusiast can supplement his/her collection with this legendary collector's item: the "Newton MessagePad 130” – that gives you a glimp of Apple's history. PS/ working vintage Newton items are rarely sold (they were very expensive back then – 800 EURO – not many were sold in Europe). // WHAT IS NEWTON ? The MessagePad 130 was a touchscreen mobile device that was released by Apple Computer as part of its MessagePad tablet computer line. The Apple Newton MessagePad 130, codenamed Dante, features a 20 MHz ARM 610 processor, 8 MB of ROM, 2.5 MB of RAM (1,199k of system RAM, 1,361k of Flash RAM for internal storage), and infrared-beaming capabilities in a sleek handheld case with a 320x240 pressure-sensitive, backlit monochrome display for use with a provided stylus. The Newton MessagePad 130 is similar to the MessagePad 120, but adds a backlit screen that is textured to simulate a paper surface, more RAM, and a new version of the NewtonOS (2.0). The Newton MessagePad was one of the first series of handheld systems, or PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants), to attempt to recognize natural handwriting and use a basic form of artificial intelligence to 'tie' relevant information together. >> Please note that Newtons are technically not 'Macs', as they do not operate the MacOS, and instead use the NewtonOS (also developed by Apple). // BE AWARE – This is the German version (QWERTZ)! – The styles pen is taped (see detailed pictures); – The special Newton Power adapter was broken. I fixed it! It works now. // PACKAGING & SHIPPING The Newton bundle is packaged securely and carefully for safe shipment. Moreover, this bundle is shipped INSURED because of its precious value. Because of the precious content extra attention is paid to the CUSTOM packaging. This extra cost is included in the shipping price. "One More Thing" – Steve Jobs quote Don't miss this unique opportunity. Great opportunities don't come everyday! Let the bidding begin … for this legendary "Newton MessagePad 130”! "One More Thing" When in doubt, check my positive customer reviews ;) (… because there are some "copycats" out there who copy my style/text and pretend to be me). There is only one "VISENTO"! That's me ;)
